21 Day Sadhana - welcoming winter - Online
As we welcome in each season for 2025, this 21 Day Sadhana will help you on a path towards enlightenment, through small daily connections, daily practices and devotion to yourself and your journey through life.
A Sadhana (Sanskrit for commitment or practice) is an ancient yogic technique in which you devote yourself to the same practice for a period of time, typically 21, 40 or 108 days. These deeper levels of spiritual practices are designed to cultivate and enliven healing qualities within you. Devoting yourself to YOU, with this sort of ritual practice really super charges evolution and expansion, and I’m excited to share and be part of your journey.
Each 21 day seasonal exploration will include:
21 days of kriya, asana and mantra practice.
21 days of meditation and pranayama exercises.
Meditation initiation if you don’t already have a meditation practice.
Journalling prompts.
Daily opportunity for self practice with practice videos for you to use; along with weekly group zoom catch ups on progress, support and refining of practices.
Who is the course for?
This course is designed for anyone who craves a deeper connection to who they are and how to live a life that is truly their own.
We do this not to gain anything at all, but instead to realign as we evolve.
By welcoming in each season of 2025 in this devotional way, we seek to align with nature’s highest intention and enjoy all that each season cares to teach and offer us.
I look forward to welcoming in each season with you.
All my love,
Krista

Exploring the Vedas - Part 1
Exploring the Vedas
The Veda is an ancient body of universal knowledge that reveals the true laws of nature.
It is also the source from which we get practices such as meditation, Ayurveda and yoga. Understanding the greater currents that underlie all events and our own actions, has unlimited practical applications to our modern lives.
Knowledge of the Veda is said to confer mastery of all the laws of nature, because the Veda is structured as universal knowledge available within everyone’s consciousness – it is the blueprint of creation.
Taking this course will rapidly accelerate your evolution and expansion. We will go deep into the knowledge and the understanding gained will profoundly change your life!!
Exploring the Veda (ETV) is a series of six recorded seminars of advanced knowledge from one of the world's foremost teachers of Vedic philosophy, Master-teacher Thom Knoles or as he's referred to in India, Maharishi Vyasananda.
Thom has a way of taking the broad, sometimes complex themes within the vast body of wisdom that is the Veda and making them tangible and relatable.
Each of the Veda’s lasts between 10 – 16 hours and is usually scheduled over a long weekend.
Each Veda is conducted in a “semi-retreat” format, allowing students to come together with me serving as facilitator, listening to lectures and followed by a Q & A session.
Each course includes Ayurvedic vegetarian meals, healthy treats & delicious chai.
What is included in ETV 1?
ETV1
Is the self bound by the body, or is it so much more?
This first Veda course breaks open how the cosmos works and how it is structured.
