Known for ancient Ayurvedic therapies, serene surroundings, and holistic wellness experiences, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to delve into the rich cultural heritage of Rishikesh and India, whilst also nurturing your body, mind, and spirit.

Join me and a group of like-minded meditators, for a long weekend of rest, relaxation and renewal.

Give yourself the gift of self-love, as you unwind and let go of layers of stress; all the while, allowing your mind to de-excite and effortlessly dissolve into the subtlest forms of awareness.

I promise you will feel calmer and more rested after this beautiful 3 night stay in Jalbarragup, my home.

Learn Vedic Meditation in 60/90 min sessions taught over four consecutive days where you’ll receive personalised instruction in Vedic Meditation. Practice with ease, anywhere, anytime - no need for a teacher or meditation class.

As we welcome in each season for 2025, this 21 Day Sadhana will help you on a path towards enlightenment, through small daily connections, daily practices and devotion to yourself and your journey through life.

A Sadhana (Sanskrit for commitment or practice) is an ancient yogic technique in which you devote yourself to the same practice for a period of time, typically 21, 40 or 108 days. These deeper levels of spiritual practices are designed to cultivate and enliven healing qualities within you. Devoting yourself to YOU, with this sort of ritual practice really super charges evolution and expansion, and I’m excited to share and be part of your journey.

Each 21 day seasonal exploration will include:

• 21 days of kriya, asana and mantra practice.

• 21 days of meditation and pranayama exercises.

• Meditation initiation if you don’t already have a meditation practice.

• Journalling prompts.

• Daily opportunity for self practice with practice videos for you to use; along with weekly group zoom catch ups on progress, support and refining of practices.

Who is the course for?

This course is designed for anyone who craves a deeper connection to who they are and how to live a life that is truly their own.

We do this not to gain anything at all, but instead to realign as we evolve.

By welcoming in each season of 2025 in this devotional way, we seek to align with nature’s highest intention and enjoy all that each season cares to teach and offer us.

I look forward to welcoming in each season with you.

All my love,

Krista
